Respiratory Clinical Specialist (Minneapolis–St. Paul, MN | Madison, WI | Milwaukee, WI)
Overview
A leading medical device organization is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support its airway and respiratory product lines across the Midwestern United States (based in Minneapolis–St. Paul, Madison, or Milwaukee areas). This role partners with sales to provide clinical expertise, product demonstrations, and case support across hospitals and healthcare systems.
Responsibilities
• Provide technical and clinical support for customer appointments, evaluations, and product demos.
• Support physicians and clinical teams during procedures; advise on workflows and product applications.
• Build and maintain relationships with hospital staff, ensuring proper product utilization and replenishment.
• Stay current on market trends and competitive offerings; attend workshops, labs, and trade shows.
• Partner with sales team to achieve regional revenue goals through customer engagement and product education.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience with airway management/bronchoscopy experience
• Strong clinical and technical knowledge of respiratory and airway devices.
• Must live within Minneapolis–St. Paul, Madison, or Milwaukee areas.
• Valid driver’s license; able to meet vendor credentialing requirements.
• Willingness to travel (daily within territory; 4–6 nights/month; up to 80% overnight in broader region as needed).
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs.
Compensation & Benefits
• Base Salary: $80k–$90k
• Bonus: ~$10k (based on quota attainment)

Job Description:

Job Location: Fargo, ND (32nd Avenue Building)
Schedule: Three 12-hour shifts (1900-0700) per week; every third weekend
Night Shift Differential: $5.50 / hour
Compensation Range: $34.58 - $51.87 / hour
Sign On Bonus: $10,000
FTE: 0.9
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Provides respiratory care through patient assessment, planning, intervention, education, and evaluation.
Performs all general and critical care respiratory care procedures and diagnostics on patients ages infant through adult.
NICU experience preferred
These duties include but are not limited to; mechanical ventilation, airway management, critical care transport, arterial blood gas puncture, medication delivery, bronchial hygiene, patient assessments and education.
Education + Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Graduate from an accredited respiratory care/therapy program
· Must hold state licensure in appropriate state of practice upon hire or have applied and are waiting for state licensure in appropriate state of practice to award licensure not to exceed 30 days from date of hire
· Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 1 month of hire
