Exhibitor registration is limited to 25 tables.  Register early to secure your booth space.

Option #1: Exhibitor booth is available for $250.00

$250.00 includes:

  • One 6-foot table for displaying
  • Your company name displayed during the conference (Slide show)
  • Allotted Exhibitor time: 2 hours & 15 minutes
  • Two box lunches (additional available for $15.00)
  • Max two exhibitors at booth

Option #2: Exhibitor booth + CRCEs: $280.00

$280.00 includes:

  • One 6-foot table for displaying
  • Your company name displayed during the conference
  • Allotted Exhibitor time: 2 hours & 15 minutes
  • Two box lunches (additional available for $15.00)
  • Max two exhibitors at booth
  • Earn up to 5 CEUs during the Winter Workshop

 

  • Set up between 7:00 – 7:30 AM
  • Allotted Exhibitor time: 2 hours & 15 minutes: 0730-0830, 1030-1045 & 1145-1245
  • Vendor Discussion & Meet-n-Greet with attendees will be encouraged during registration, during breaks and lunch
  • If packing up after lunch, please do so quietly & discreetly
